The ultimate aim is to help participants find balance for improved well-being and happiness while encouraging career development.

Using the Life Balance Wheel, a proven coaching tool, the workshop facilitates reflection, assessment, and goal setting. It empowers participants to take a ‘helicopter view’ of their life, identify areas needing attention, and create an actionable plan for achieving balance. Following the session, participants will be encouraged to regularly revisit and reassess their Life Balance Wheel to maintain ongoing clarity and focus.
