The impacts of climate change are becoming ever clearer, both in Ireland and around the world. No matter the region or industry, now is the time to take action. We are delighted to collaborate with the Climate Ready Academy to showcase some of the training that is available to Irish retailers.

Retail businesses that focus on adopting sustainable practices not only contribute to improving their environment, they also benefit by becoming more efficient, more competitive, and achieving greater employee engagement.

“Helping Irish businesses develop the skills they need to thrive in a low carbon economy”

The Climate Ready Academy aims to support Irish businesses in developing the skills and talent required to mitigate the effects of our changing climate and environment. The programmes, training, and supports offered as part of this national upskilling initiative are funded for eligible Irish businesses and employees in the private sector.
