What is the Apprenticeship in Retail Supervision?
This Apprenticeship programme provides apprentices with the skills, attitude and competencies to excel as a Retail Supervisor in any retail subsector.
The Apprenticeship in Retail Supervision is a 2-year level 6 programme targeting existing retail employees, who have been identified by employers as future managers in their organisation. This innovative programme provides existing and aspiring retail supervisors with the knowledge, skills, and competencies to excel in the modern retail environment. The Apprenticeship in Retail Supervision programme combines classroom, online, and on-the-job learning. It allows the apprentice to work-full time as normal in the workplace and attend classroom delivery 24 days per year.
There is a €4,000 Employer Grant available to retailers who enrol apprentices on the Apprenticeship in Retail Supervision programme.
