Employee Onboarding to Support Performance and Retention Workshop
This workshop will review strategies you can implement to set your new recruits up for success by inducting them correctly into your business.

It is a continuous challenge for retailers to hire effective people and then most importantly retain them. For a new employee, those initial few weeks of starting a new job are crucial to how they competently perform and feel socialised within a company. This 4-hour workshop will focus participants to evaluate their current onboarding practices. It will introduce them to frameworks and templates to structure a more effective and engaged onboarding process resulting in a quicker integration into the business which can positively impact performance.
