As part of a government initiative, Retail Ireland Skillnet is offering retailers and individuals who want to develop their digital marketing and e-commerce skills an opportunity to enrol in a Level 5 Retail Digital Marketing eLearning Course for free.  The course is designed to equip learners with the confidence and skills to talk and engage with digital marketing practices.

The course is 100% delivered online across desktop, mobile, and tablet so the learner can complete the course at a time, place and pace which suits their schedule. The course will give insight into how the consumer’s world and expectations are changing, SEO, social media, customer service, e-commerce, blogging and much more.  All content has been created by retail and digital marketing experts and includes how-to videos.

Learners who successfully complete the course will be awarded an Industry Certificate from Retail Ireland Skillnet. The course normally costs €149 but is funded by the government to support individuals who want to increase their digital marketing skills.
